The room size was spacious. It had an actual closet for clothes! The kitchen area was nice along with a garbage disposal. It came with the needed supplies. While I didn't go swimming, that area looked very clean and was stocked well with pool towels (so many are not). Side note: there have been a few hotels advertising an indoor pool but when you get there, there will be a sign stating it's closed. They are completely pet friendly! No "special" rooms are assigned because people travel with their fur babies. Second side note:. PLEASE people: Make sure you pick up after your pet so nice places such as this aren't forced to change their pet policy!!! Finally, their breakfast buffet is AMAZING! There are several choices between cold cereal; yogurt with 2 kinds of fresh fruit and granola; waffles; toast and bagels; even soy milk is offered! They also have 3 hot chafing dishes with some type of egg, tortillas, sausage or bacon and all the fixings! Everything is fresh thanks to Shell/kitchen person.

Traveling

The breakfast was fabulous! I particularly loved the American style DIY waffles and the many choices of coffee and creamer (very thankful for the decaf!) Some breakfast items just needed to be topped up quicker and the staff could work on their customer service. Instead of saying "It's coming but I'm run off my feet etc etc" just saying "sorry for the wait, but we will have more available in X mins"... it's just more friendly. On another note the room was huge, and the snack shop was fabulous!! I loved that I could get my root beer when I arrived :) The pool was also fabulous although there could be stricter surveillance on it as when we went to go in there was around 7 children in there jumping and diving in so we had to get out. The location was great for us and close to the offices where we were working while we were there. It didn't take too long to get into the centre of Milwaukee either.

Friendly people work there and are very helpful and fun. The entrance is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the fireplace was going. It made a special holiday time.We were able to bring our dog. The free food is good. It is a safe area to walk the dog with entrances in front and back. Sidewalks and patios were shoveled and bags for picking up after dogs are provided at a dog walking area.

We really enjoyed how clean and quiet the facility was. The king suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The whirlpool was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The price for our stay was very reasonable. A really great find! We would definitely stay there again!

I was a broke down truck driver.. With no idea of when I would be leaving and Vee let me know how ever long it takes.. Her and her staff was there for me . If ever I come thru there again I love to stay there..
